There isn't any good reason why the wall behind the garbage didn't get cleaned or the display case didn't get redone. There were a few times as I was cooking I thought I should wipe down that wall, but didn't. How hard is it to pull the garbage can and the dog's dishes away from the wall and wipe it? Display case and secretary are still on the list for this week. With Doc's food moved off the kitchen chair, dusting the wall leading to the toaster oven table should go quick. The toaster oven needs a little cleaning. I should also look into replacing the air fry basket and baking sheet. They are so gross and don't clean easily. Brownie's food dishes used to live under there. I wish it had better shelving. I think I might be able to put the instant pot under there. It doesn't fit well in the cupboard. I'd really like a place for the water bottles that live on the counter. I guess they could go in the closet, but seeing them reminds me to swap out my bottle. Unless I can come up with a nice looking, functional storage solution that would fit under that table, maybe the closet would be best. I'll make a decision when I get to that section of the counter.

Week 5
I did the microwave cupboard area and the outside of the fridge. I moved the dead microwave down to the library only because it was raining that it didn't make it to the shed yet. Cleaning the shelf above, the drawer and the cupboard went fast as expected. Not sure what to do with some of the stuff in the cupboard above the fridge. Dash's old fish tank is in there along with extra ice cube trays and the frosted mugs and a bread basket. I guess I'll leave the stuff for now. I put a box on top of the fridge to hold the food I send with Doc when he goes out of town. It's kind of ugly but that stuff has been in a chair and on the table for months. Dash has a habit of helping himself to things which he shouldn't. Not that being on the fridge will stop him, but maybe. There is still room for the chip basket. I should really add wiping the water stains to weekly chores. Not sure if they'll ever come off.
